A single floor lock, placed between the swivel castors at the push end of the trolley, lifts that end off the ground. Thereby immobilising the trolley.

  ** NB It is essential to mount the lock at a height that gives 8mm of lift. More lift can make the trolley unstable, while insufficient lift may not lock the trolley adequately.
